A trip down memory lane
In a small workshop on the Meulunterseweg, Breus van den Brink and his brother-in-law Arnold started their toolmaking business.
The first two production halls were built on the Molenweg in Harskamp.
Due to the expansion of machinery, a third production hall was added.
A fourth hall was constructed for bracket machines, marking the beginning of automation within Brink.
Brink Automation Harskamp was established in response to the growing activities in machine building.
The first automated unmanned milling machine was acquired, a Hermle C-40 with a Fastems automation system and twenty pallets.
Van den Brink acquired Dollwin Winterswijk, now known as Brink Moulds Winterswijk.
Van den Brink acquired GEE in Zelhem in 2013 and GRT in 2014. Shortly after, both companies were merged into one location, now operating as Brink Mould Service Zelhem.
Matrex Molds, now Brink Moulds Hapert, was acquired.
Brink Automation Greece was established.
In January 2023, a facility was acquired in Denver, USA. Brink Services USA is now an official Brink location.
The test centre for mould and robot testing and acceptance was relocated to a new facility at Molenweg 12. Brink Mould Service Harskamp also moved to this new location.
